S.T. Dupont is committed to providing exceptional luxury goods and offers a 30-day return window for items in original, unused condition with all security seals intact. Please note that personalized or engraved items are excluded from our standard return policy.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account and select the 'Return' option next to your order, or contact our Concierge Service to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the item in its original S.T. Dupont presentation box and secure it within a protective shipping carton along with the completed return form.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Attach the complimentary prepaid shipping label provided in your original order to the outside of the package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location; once our master craftsmen verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
